About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Laborer Foreman to lead and coordinate labor crews on an industrial construction project. This position is responsible for assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, enforcing safety requirements, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
Requirements
- Industrial construction experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and craft personnel
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification
- Previous supervisory experience
