About The Position

As part of the Quality Control support team at Eurofins PSS, the Laboratory Sample Technician helps keep laboratory operations running smoothly and compliantly. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to gain experience in a regulated laboratory environment and build a foundation in quality control, regulatory compliance, and sample handling. The position is full-time and works second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Base pay is $22.50–$23.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field, such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP-regulated environment; prior experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements.
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures.
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results.
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed.
