Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in clinical, medical, or healthcare environments.
Technical proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address study issues effectively.
Proficiency with study documentation, monitoring tools, and cross-functional coordination.
Functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary.

Responsibilities

Coordinate study start-up activities including meeting minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific laboratory documentation.
Support centralized laboratory monitoring and assist with protocol-specific setup requirements.
Manage daily operational tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, and kit shipment coordination.
Monitor study performance using dashboards and tools to identify trends and escalate issues proactively.
Respond to study queries by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Lead customer communication during periods when the Project Manager is unavailable.
Participate in audits and inspections and support training for sites, CRAs, and customers.
Coordinate project close-out ensuring compliance with protocol and organizational standards.
