About The Position

Support the administration of collective bargaining agreements and management of our unionized workforce. This role combines analytical expertise with hands-on employee relations responsibilities, requiring strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of labor relations and contract interpretation. Responsibilities include advising managers on contract compliance, union personnel supervision, and labor-related issues; conducting grievance hearings, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution; drafting decisions and labor relations documentation; preparing statistical analyses and costing models for negotiations and arbitrations; maintaining wage data, benefits utilization, union membership records, and grievance statistics; participating in labor-management meetings, negotiations, and arbitrations; developing and delivering training programs on contract compliance and union environment management; and supporting strategic HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in labor relations, HR analytics, or advising in a unionized environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS systems, Excel, SAP, FileMaker, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact constructively with employees at all levels and union representatives.
  • Strong organizational and record-management skills.

  • Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish).
  • SHRM-CP or related HR certification.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations.
  • Ability to obtain government clearance.
  • Availability for intermittent second or third shift coverage.
