Ogletree Deakins is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic and long-established practice, representing premier local and national employers. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in employment and labor law, with expertise in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and related areas. Traditional labor work is a key component of this role. In addition, the candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our expanding employment litigation defense practice, taking on a significant role in litigation with extensive contact with clients and opposing counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for proactive and passionate attorneys who are eager to assume a high-level role within a sophisticated practice.
