This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2–4 years of management-side labor and employment experience, particularly someone with a strong employment litigation background representing employers. The position offers sophisticated employment matters, meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and continued professional development.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of labor and employment experience
- Management-side/employer representation experience
- Strong employment litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active California Bar membership
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Represent employers in labor and employment matters
- Handle employment litigation and workplace disputes
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal filings
- Manage discovery and participate in depositions and hearings
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
- Advise clients on employment and workplace matters
- Work directly with clients and senior attorneys
