Requirements

  • Under the general direction of the Quality Team Manager the qualified candidate will be responsible for performing analytical, chemical, and physical tests required for quality control of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
  • Participates in investigations and studies to determine cause, effect and corrective actions required to resolve deviation from quality standards.
  • Routine sampling and inspection of material.
  • The employee will adhere to safety procedures, ensure a safe work environment, meet and/or exceed product quality expectations, and assist in achieving process reliability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing & record, maintain, and review results/data into SAP System
  • Using a variety of test methods, procedures, and instrumentation
  • Required to calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed
  • Initiate & document Quality Notifications/DMRs/DMAs, including participating in cross-functional root cause analysis. Facilitate follow up & resolutions
  • Interpreting data and for giving direction to the manufacturing group to ensure products meet established specifications.
  • Prepare samples of raw materials, intermediates, and/or finished goods to be sent out for outside testing. Including environmental testing
  • Perform COA verification and raw material sampling
