Requirements

• Strong understanding of and adherence to regulatory compliance and laboratory safety requirements , including cGMPs, SOPs, cGLPs , and related controlled documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with personal computers and standard office or laboratory systems.
• High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated‑environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of routine laboratory support duties in compliance with established procedures.
• Support laboratory operations by stocking, organizing, and distributing laboratory supplies and equipment.
• Use a personal computer to perform basic technical, data entry, and record‑keeping tasks in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of records to meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines while performing assigned tasks.
• Support general lab organization and efficiency to enable uninterrupted laboratory operations.
