Lab Hardware Maintenance
About The Position
The role is responsible for setup, bring-up, and ongoing maintenance of ISP, ANE, DVP, and Video Computer Vision (VCV) test labs. It includes hardware lifecycle management across test racks and device fleets, automation support, and infrastructure upkeep, while coordinating with engineering teams to support continuous test coverage. The position also performs root-cause analysis and troubleshooting, modifies software code to resolve errors and adapt to hardware and software changes, and supports application deployment and adoption through configuration validation, integration coordination, and preparation of user training documents and related frameworks.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Product testing skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up, bring up, and maintain ISP, ANE, DVP, and Video Computer Vision (VCV) test labs.
- Manage the hardware lifecycle across test racks and device fleets.
- Support automation and maintain lab infrastructure.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to support continuous test coverage.
- Perform root-cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues.
- Modify software code to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, integrate new applications, and address deployment dependencies.
- Prepare user training documents and related frameworks to support adoption of new applications and minimize transition risks.
