About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and test hardware components and systems for architectural panels and steel products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and validating hardware solutions, troubleshooting issues throughout the development lifecycle, and supporting manufacturing and assembly teams. The Hardware Engineer will also document design processes and technical specifications, stay current with industry trends, and assist with hardware-software integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware design and development, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and simulation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
• Design and prototype hardware solutions using CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Conduct testing and validation of hardware designs to assess reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Document design processes, test results, and technical specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies and incorporate best practices into hardware development.
• Assist with integrating hardware with software systems and ensuring compatibility.
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and assembly teams.
