About The Position

The L&D Delivery Manager leads regional training program delivery to build workforce capabilities. The role develops regional training calendars and coordinates learning opportunities aligned with business needs, facilitates training, and partners with subject matter experts to ensure effective delivery of learning content. The manager oversees facilitators and regional learning initiatives in support of workforce development objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, coaching, or related experience.

• Experience managing facilitators, trainers, or learning and development team members.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees across multiple roles and levels.
• Develop and coordinate regional training calendars aligned with business and workforce development needs.
• Engage subject matter experts and facilitators to support learning program delivery across multiple focus areas.
• Manage facilitator staffing, work assignments, performance, and professional development.
• Partner with People Practices leaders and stakeholders to promote learning and development opportunities.
• Evaluate learning program feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement.
• Connect employees and coaches with learning resources and development opportunities.
