KITCHEN UTILITY LEAD (FULL TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full time KITCHEN UTILITY LEAD positions. This role involves assisting shift supervisors and department directors in the day-to-day functions of the department. The Kitchen Utility Lead is responsible for maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of department duties by training, supporting, supervising, and interacting with department team members. This position ensures that all schedules are assigned and completed daily and sets a positive example for the department through professional interactions with team members, customers, patients, and families. The role also includes performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor or director, actively participating in outstanding customer service, and accepting responsibility for maintaining respectful relationships with all individuals. Contributions to team efforts, good customer interactions, and professionalism are key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- Previous experience preferred.
- This job may require you to lift up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Delivers quality customer service to customers by providing one on one attention to the detail.
- Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
- Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance.
- Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
- Adjust or cover schedules as needed during times of short staffing.
- Ensure that team member maintain set standards by conducting quality assurance surveys.
- Monitor and report any equipment issues or shortages.
- Conduct customer and patient surveys.
- Interact with patients/customers in an appropriate manner in relation to age based competencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
