About The Position

As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while helping maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No experience is required; training is provided. The role includes preparing deli products according to company preparation guides and following food-safety policies and procedures. Team members may also cross-train in other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures for maintaining proper food-safety conditions.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
