About The Position

As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service and help keep the deli area clean, stocked, and supplied with fresh offerings. No experience is required; training is provided. You will prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides and use company methods and technologies to maintain food safety. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars and keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures for proper food safety.
• May cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
