About The Position
TA Travel Center is looking for friendly and dedicated Kitchen Team Leads to join their team in making delicious meals for customers. This role is for individuals passionate about food and who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, creating great food and providing fantastic service.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of financial and operational management
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a casual dining or full-service restaurant environment is preferred
- A college degree in hospitality or business management is a plus
