About the Role The Kitchen Lead plays a key role in overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising culinary staff, and ensuring high standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation. This hands-on leadership position involves supporting chefs, coordinating stations, managing prep and production, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. This position is ideal for a culinary professional with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering well-executed, flavorful dishes.
