About The Position

Our Kitchen Team Members play an essential role in bringing our menu to life, with a focus on consistency, quality, and care in every dish. They get to know the menu inside and out, building confidence in both prep and execution. During service, they work with focus and a steady pace, keeping things running smoothly even when it’s busy. Cooks are responsible for setting up and breaking down their stations so each shift starts and ends in a good place. They take pride in keeping their workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked. Food safety and sanitation standards are always part of the routine. They communicate openly with their team, contributing to a supportive and respectful kitchen environment. Above all, they bring a sense of ownership and pride to their role each day.

Requirements

  • ServSafe Certification required within first 30 days of employment (cost covered)
  • Previous cook or kitchen experience required
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Team-first mindset and ability to build good rapport
  • Takes safety and quality seriously, while staying hands-on and collaborative
  • Organized, reliable, and follows through
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stay on your feet for long stretches and keep up the pace
