About The Position
Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. This role involves working with a dynamic team to prepare a unique menu selection, including scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches, all made with honest, whole ingredients. A successful candidate will possess a "can do" attitude, the ability to work quickly and confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification, understand how to multitask, learn from mistakes, and proactively assist other departments.
Requirements

- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards
- Flexible schedule standards (shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic and time of year)
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
