The Kitchen Steward is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces. This role involves washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils, as well as managing trash and recycling. The Kitchen Steward will also support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance, ensuring consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
