The Kitchen Steward is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces. This role also involves washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils. The Kitchen Steward will manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area. Additionally, they will support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance, helping to ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
