The Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher is the backbone of the kitchen, responsible for cleaning, transporting, and storing all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations. This role also involves maintaining storage areas in a clean and orderly manner, and cleaning and sanitizing all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the hotel. The position is located on a private island and requires a flexible work schedule, with PM shifts available.
