About The Position

The Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces, as well as washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils. The position also includes managing trash and recycling, supporting kitchen and event teams with setup and breakdown, and assisting with occasional dish-up. The goal is to ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.

Requirements

  • Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
