About The Position

Coons Franklin Lodge is excited to announce openings for Kitchen Staff for the Summer of 2026. Join us in providing our guests with memorable dining experiences at our beautiful lodge located on the serene shores of Trout Lake. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to be part of our culinary team, which prides itself on delivering exceptional food and service. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will assist in various aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation and cooking to maintaining cleanliness and organization. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about food and customer service, and who thrive in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced chefs and gain valuable skills in a bustling kitchen.

Requirements

• Understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused in busy situations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays and supplies.

Nice To Haves

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners.
