Kitchen Remodeler/Apprentice
About The Position
Kitchen Tune-Up is hiring dedicated team members to work on kitchen remodeling projects. No paid experience is needed; candidates should have mechanical skills or experience with home projects. The role offers paid training and ongoing mentorship, with a direct three-month track to team lead and a pay increase. Compensation is hourly plus bonus, with additional pay increases available for passing Kitchen Tune-Up certifications and a potential base pay increase at the annual performance review. Tools and a company vehicle are provided, with mileage reimbursement available. The schedule has no weekends or late nights.
Requirements
- Mechanical skills or home project experience; paid experience is not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools, including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, and nail gun.
- Take personal pride in completing a job well the first time.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the jobsite on time.
- Follow instructions from the project manager.
- Follow Trustpoints on every project and jobsite.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly, and clean up daily.
- Communicate daily with the project manager about progress.
- Work quickly and efficiently.
