About The Position

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking dedicated team members to work on kitchen remodeling projects as a Remodeler/Apprentice. Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided, and no paid experience is needed. The role offers a direct three-month track to team lead, with a pay increase upon reaching that role. Compensation is hourly plus bonus, with potential base-pay increases following Kitchen Tune-Up certifications and annual performance reviews. Tools and a company vehicle are provided, or mileage is reimbursed. The schedule has no weekends or late nights.

Requirements

• Mechanical skills or experience with home projects; paid experience is not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools, including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, and nail gun.
• Take personal pride in completing a job well the first time.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the jobsite on time.
• Follow instructions from the project manager.
• Follow Trustpoints on every project and jobsite.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly, and clean up daily.
• Communicate with the project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
