Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, and/or carpentry.
Hands-on experience with large-scale carpentry and renovation projects, such as rebuilding decks, fences, and other structural or exterior projects, as well as smaller-scale construction and renovation work.
Strong knowledge of applicable building codes, construction standards, and proper building practices.
Ability to work independently.
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
