About The Position
Fogo de Chão is hiring a Kitchen Prep team member to support the preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes. The role includes maintaining high standards for inventory and fresh produce, managing inventory levels and storage areas, helping management track product expiration dates, and keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean. The team member also completes beginning- or closing-shift duties as directed by management. The position requires the ability to transport objects up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, work at a quick pace, and work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
- Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet high-quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and the storage area.
- Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
- Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties as directed by management.
