The Food Services team is hiring Kitchen Porters for the 2026 season.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and lead by example
  • This is a physical position that requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of all the kitchen equipment including, but not limited to the following: pans, trays and stock pots, dishes, glassware, serving utensils.
  • Removal of all empty boxes and full trash containers.
  • Putting down chairs in the outlets.
  • Filling the ice machines and putting the stock delivery away.
  • Monitors and empties trash on a regular basis.
  • Assists chefs in assigned kitchen projects.
  • Cleans, stores and maintains all kitchen pots and pans.
  • Operation of dish machine; Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine and dish machine area.
  • Returning all equipment (plates, glasses, silverware) to their appropriate storage areas.
  • Weekly maintenance of fryers, hood vents, and sweeping and mopping the floors as needed for safety.
  • Contributes to the effective team management of all problems, issues, and opportunities.
  • Acts as a team player and provides expertise within the team and with other teams as appropriate.
