The Kitchen Manager works with our Executive Chef to ensure excellent food quality and consistency through training, education, creative direction and hands-on kitchen oversight. Kitchen Managers are responsible for scheduling their team, ordering, production and working with the leadership team and Executive Chef to control food and labor costs. At Brasa Rotisserie we serve nourishing food inspired by traditional ingredients and flavors of the Southern U.S., Caribbean, and Mexico. Brasa is led by James Beard award winning chef Alex Roberts and includes Brasa Rotisserie and Alma Cafe, Restaurant and Hotel. Our unique style of food and hospitality make us one of the most popular restaurants in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
