Requirements
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential kitchens, cabinet installation, countertop installation, and refacing
- Established LLC or Business
- General liability and worker's compensation insurance
- Must have a van, shuttle, or enclosed trailer to haul material
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
