About The Position
Closet America, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking experienced Kitchen Installers. Renuity is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint, operating across 36 states. As a contractor, you will install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures, apply finish work as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3 years of residential remodeling including trim and finish carpentry
- Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash
- Established LLC or Business
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
- Worker's comp and Liability insurance
- Truck, trailer or van, and tools (must pick up materials from warehouse)
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
