About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, is seeking experienced Window Installers to join their team. This role involves installing home remodeling products according to Statewide standards, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The company is focused on revolutionizing home improvement by making it faster, easier, and stress-free. They offer guaranteed year-round work, weekly paychecks, and the opportunity to earn between $150k and $250k annually. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remodeling, carpentry, or construction, with specific knowledge of residential window installation and related skills.
Requirements
- 4 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential window installation, replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking experience
- Must have brake to bend metal
- Established LLC or Business
- Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance
- Cargo van, shuttle, or enclosed trailer - must be able to haul materials

Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Statewide standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
