1099 Fence Installer
About The Position
We are seeking reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented independent contractors to install fences. Candidates must be comfortable communicating with homeowners at the start of the project to confirm layout, throughout the installation as issues arise, and at completion to verify customer satisfaction. The fencing season is predominantly March through October, but we install year-round. We are looking for contractors who can handle a high volume of projects during peak months and are seeking consistent work in the fall and winter. This is an independent contractor role (1099).
Requirements
- Reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners.
- Daily access to a reliable work truck.
- Possess all tools needed to complete assigned projects.
- Provide details of previous projects and construction build experience.
- Independent contractor (1099).
