About The Position
NELBUD is hiring motivated individuals to join our Kitchen Exhaust/Hood Cleaning team. This is a physically demanding overnight position with opportunities for advancement, paid training, and long-term career growth. No experience is required as we are willing to train the right person.
Requirements
- Dependable and motivated individuals willing to learn
- Comfortable with physical labor and overnight work
- Ability to work safely in high places and confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 20 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous labor, cleaning, construction, roofing, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, fans, and surrounding areas
- Work inside exhaust systems and on rooftops using pressure washers and specialized equipment
- Install access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems
- Provide professional customer service while representing NELBUD on job sites
- Work in fast-paced environments with a team focused on safety and quality
