About The Position

Nelbud is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Exhaust / Hood Cleaning Technicians. This is a physically demanding overnight role with strong opportunities for advancement. No experience? We will train the right person. This is a full-time, overnight position with a varying schedule. The work is physically demanding and takes place in a fast-paced environment. You will work in tight spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions as part of a team-oriented, hands-on environment.

Requirements

• Reliable and hardworking individuals willing to learn
• Comfortable performing physical labor daily
• Ability to work overnight consistently
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 20 years old
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in physically demanding work is preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, hoods, ductwork, and fans
• Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized equipment
• Work on rooftops and inside exhaust systems
• Install access panels and assist with system maintenance
• Deliver strong customer service while representing Nelbud on job sites
