About The Position

Pro-Serv Facility Solutions is hiring Hood & Exhaust Cleaning / Pressure Washing Technicians to help grow our expanding facility maintenance divisions across the Carolinas. This is a hands-on position working primarily nights cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems, pressure washing restaurants and commercial properties, and helping maintain professional facility standards for national restaurant chains and commercial customers. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals that want to grow with a fast-paced company that believes in opportunity, leadership development, and building careers. Company truck, uniforms, phone, and training provided.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Ability to work night shift regularly
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Willingness to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

Hood cleaning experience
Pressure washing experience
Commercial cleaning experience
Mechanical, HVAC, construction, or maintenance background
Leadership experience for Crew Lead positions

Responsibilities

Clean commercial kitchen hood & exhaust systems
Perform commercial pressure washing services
Clean rooftops, exhaust fans, ductwork, grease containment systems, dumpster pads, sidewalks, and building exteriors
Operate pressure washing and hood cleaning equipment safely
Take before and after photos of completed work
Follow all company safety procedures and standards
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Travel overnight when needed
Work efficiently in team environments
