About The Position

At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use people skills, recommendation abilities, and problem-solving skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree is required. This role involves meeting clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations, recommending custom solutions, following up with clients, and coordinating with the team. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and has their own phone, computer, printer, and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations
• Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
• Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
• Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
