About The Position

At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use people skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree is required. We create custom pull-out drawer and storage solutions that transform cluttered cabinets into organized, accessible spaces. We're growing and need people-oriented problem-solvers who know how to listen, recommend solutions, and make customers feel heard. We provide full training, you provide the people skills and drive. Art of Drawers was founded in 2019 and has been reshaping the home improvement industry ever since. We believe in transparency, innovation, and premium service for our customers as well as our staff. Requirements

• Great communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable car

Responsibilities

• Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations
• Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
• Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
• Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
