About The Position

Closets by Design is seeking motivated and creative individuals to join our team as In-Home Sales Designers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing custom storage solutions for clients, including closets, home offices, pantries, laundry rooms, media centers, and garages. You will receive comprehensive training to excel in design, drafting, and in-home sales techniques. The position offers a guaranteed compensation plan for the initial period, followed by a commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential for high performers. Requirements

Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle required.
Ability to commute to St. Petersburg, FL for training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for design.
Ability to learn and apply design principles and sales techniques.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in interior design or sales.
Familiarity with design software.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences for custom storage solutions.
Design and draft custom closet, home office, pantry, laundry room, media center, and garage solutions using company design software.
Present design proposals and product information to clients.
Close sales and manage client relationships.
Achieve individual sales performance targets.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
