About The Position
Closets by Design is seeking motivated and creative individuals to join our team as In-Home Sales Designers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing custom storage solutions for clients' homes, including closets, home offices, pantries, laundry rooms, media centers, and garages. You will receive comprehensive training to excel in design, drafting, and in-home sales techniques. The position offers a guaranteed compensation plan for the initial period, followed by a commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential for high performers. Flexible work-from-home options are available after the initial training period.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to commute to St. Petersburg, FL for training.
- Strong design and drafting skills.
- Excellent in-home selling abilities.
- Motivated and creative mindset.

- Familiarity with home organization products.
Responsibilities
