About The Position

Culinary assistant preps, freshly cuts, and trim the meat for marinated and grilled merchandise. They fill and rotate products in the meat cases for quality and proper dates. Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in each area of the department to provide customers with the highest quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Safely use, operate various machinery and kitchen tools.
  • Maintain, fill, and rotate products in the meat cases for quality, freshness, and proper dates.
  • Take inventory of cases and prepare production list.
  • Follow recipes to prepare food items.
  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to questions.
  • Adhere to all health, sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Assist in other duties, as assigned.
