About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and deliver high-quality food. This hourly position is offered at $20.00 per hour. Kitchen Crew Members prepare and cook food, fulfill orders accurately and promptly, maintain food quality and portion control, and keep the restaurant clean and sanitary. The role requires following health codes, safety procedures, company policies, and Kitchen Crew training guidelines. Part-time or full-time work is available.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, and maintain food quality and portion control while cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure they are served accurately and promptly to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
