About The Position
The Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher washes dishes and assists kitchen staff with food preparation in a made-to-order dining environment featuring seasonal and regional menus. The role also helps maintain clean and orderly dining room wait stations and equipment, sets up the buffet, and keeps dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, and folded napkins clean and adequately supplied. The position offers no late nights.
