About The Position

Staples Promotional Products, a division of Staples, is a national leader in promotional products and apparel and a manufacturer and supplier of customer-identified caps, garments, and advertising specialty items. The Kit Shop Specialist quotes kit projects for SPO and E-Store, helps oversee active kitting projects with the Kit Shop Lead, and coordinates work across multiple teams. The role may also involve printing notecards and documents for kits or contacting vendors to have items printed. The position pays $19.75 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to attend to detail when investigating problems.
• Moderate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with internal and external partners to achieve results.
• Dedication to delivering projects on time.
• Safety-focused approach and ability to follow procedures while performing job duties.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Quote kit projects for SPO and E-Store.
• Help oversee live kitting projects with the Kit Shop Lead.
• Coordinate projects between multiple teams to ensure each team's part is completed.
• Print notecards and documents for kits or contact vendors to have items printed.
• Use knowledge of relevant systems and procedures.
