About The Position

Lead from the front in a hands-on environment supporting King Air aircraft and other turboprop platforms. As a King Air Maintenance Supervisor, you will guide a team of technicians while ensuring maintenance, inspections, and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This role is ideal for an experienced technician ready to lead, mentor, and take ownership of team performance and aircraft delivery. Elliott Aviation, a leader in aircraft solutions, has an exciting opportunity for a King Air Maintenance Supervisor at our location in Moline, IL. Since 1936, Elliott Aviation has been a trusted provider of customer-focused solutions for business aviation. In an industry where precision, reliability, and service matter, our technicians and leaders play a critical role in ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards. Our team supports one of the most recognized turboprop platforms in business aviation, the King Air series. This role is different because you will lead a dedicated team working on King Air aircraft, not a rotating mix of platforms, move beyond production-style environments and focus on quality, craftsmanship, and accountability, take ownership of team performance, workflow, and aircraft delivery, stay hands-on while guiding technicians through complex turboprop maintenance, join a company where leadership is trusted to make decisions and drive results, have the opportunity to develop technicians and build a high-performing team culture, and be part of an organization known for stability, reputation, and long-term customer relationships. The King Air Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities for King Air and other turboprop aircraft. This includes supervising technicians, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, managing workflow, and supporting the successful and timely completion of aircraft maintenance projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibility to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality results. Your day may begin by reviewing current work scopes, staffing needs, and project timelines. You will coordinate technician assignments, ensure proper use of technical data, and support troubleshooting efforts on King Air aircraft. Throughout the day, you will monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met, and provide guidance to technicians. You may step in hands-on when needed, while also communicating with leadership and other departments to keep projects on track.
