Our team supports one of the most recognized turboprop platforms in business aviation, the King Air series. This role is ideal for an experienced technician ready to lead, mentor, and take ownership of team performance and aircraft delivery. The King Air Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities for King Air and other turboprop aircraft. This includes supervising technicians, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, managing workflow, and supporting the successful and timely completion of aircraft maintenance projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibility to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience required
  • Strong knowledge of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, and 145
  • Experience working on turboprop aircraft required; King Air experience strongly preferred
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain AOA badge
  • Must obtain and retain Elliott Aviation Production Inspector designation
  • Maintain required tooling
  • Ability to work various shifts and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or lead technician experience preferred
  • Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
  • Occasional overnight or short-notice travel

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance, inspection, and repair activities on King Air and turboprop aircraft
  • Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians on troubleshooting and repairs
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
  • Review and verify maintenance documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Support and mentor technicians, promoting skill development and quality workmanship
  • Coordinate with leadership, planning, and other departments to optimize workflow
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Assist with performance feedback and team development
  • Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed
