About The Position

In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Success in this position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as you will actively guide clients through their rehabilitation journey while supporting safe and sustainable return to work outcomes. Experience in disability management and functional abilities evaluation is considered a strong asset, aligning well with Carecor’s commitment to responsive, person focused care.

Requirements

• University Degree in respective profession as required by the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario
• Certificate of Registration with respective College and proof of malpractice insurance
• Two (2) years related experience in the assessment and treatment of clients/patients with MSK injuries, including chronic pain; work related injuries, MVA and/or experience in the third-party health care system is an asset
• Knowledge of active rehab protocols
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrates appropriate and effective written, oral, and nonverbal communication skills
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job
• Proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination

Nice To Haves

• Experience in disability management and functional abilities evaluation
• FAE and return to work planning skills preferred
• Disability Management skills also preferred
• Experience in case management and communication with third-party/referral services desirable
