About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging individuals to teach our Wacky Science program to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. This role involves leading hands-on science classes after school. The schedule is on Tuesdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, with classes running from October 27th to December 2026. Compensation is $60 per hour of class, with additional compensation for mini-camps or field trips.
Requirements
- Experience teaching or working with children in grades K-5.
- Knowledge of basic science concepts suitable for elementary students.
- Ability to manage a classroom and engage young learners.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be available on Tuesdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
