About The Position
My Gym Wellesley is hiring part-time coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being around children and can bring energy and enthusiasm to a room full of them. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided from the start.
Requirements
- Ability to light up around kids and families.
- Ability to lead a room and hold attention.
- Reliable with good energy every shift.
- Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
- Must be available for one weekend shift per week.
- Must attend the weekly paid Friday team meeting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, preschool, coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured movement classes including obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music.
- Run birthday parties, camps, and special events.
- Build relationships with families.
