About The Position
Come be part of a team where "confidence-building" sometimes looks like a toddler conquering a foam balance beam, and "team meeting" sometimes means agreeing on the best birthday party dance moves. My Gym Fairfield is hiring coaches to lead movement classes, gymnastics games, and celebrations for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years, and we'd love for you to be part of it.
Requirements
- Genuinely light up around kids and families
- Can lead a group and hold energy for a full class
- Show up reliably, families count on seeing a familiar face
- Work well as part of a team
- Great fit for childcare professionals, nannies, daycare and preschool staff, students, performers, and anyone with a background in coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater.

- No My Gym experience needed - we train you from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured fitness and movement classes; obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music
- Run birthday parties and camps
- Build real relationships with the families who come back every week
- Support tours and front desk when needed
